Principle:
The principle of diode laser hair removal machines is based on selective photothermal action. The high-intensity laser beams from the machine are absorbed by the melanin in the hair follicle, which heats and destroys the follicle, disrupting its growth cycle and preventing new hair from growing. The diode laser precisely targets the hair follicle without harming the surrounding tissues, making it a safe and effective hair removal method.

Application:

Speed wavelength (808nm) has moderate melanin absorption, so it is safe for darker skin types. It provides deep penetration and medium tissue depth, making it ideal for treating larger areas such as arms, legs, cheeks and beards.
YAG wavelength (1064nm) has lower melanin absorption and provides deepest hair follicle penetration. It's perfect for darker skin types and can target deep hairs in areas like the scalp, armpits, and pubic area.
